Hello All. This week is a historic week for the town of La Crosse because the first black man to run for president is coming to our hometown tommorow and it should be a historic event. I keep hearing people talk about how their going to see Obama, and I know my grandma and aunt will both be there and I might go I have not decided yet. If I get the time however I would love to go if possible, but not because it's history. No, I am going to go to size up the man whom could be the next runner of our country, because I don't know about you people (although I hope you would agree) that our current President dropped the ball a very very long time ago and I don't want to be the person to vote in another mistake. No, I want to be able to vote in the person who deserves it and will do what is best for our country on election day and I'm not positive if that's Obama or McCain. It should be intresting to see him in La Crosse tommorow though wither it be on TV or if I am there live in person.

A New Job
Life has been very buyy for becay I stard a jew job Son September 12th out at the new Buffalo Wild Wings restraunt. It's the first time I've had a good 8 hour a day job since I was sophmore in High School and it's definatley a change pace. I've been working hard for the last 12 days since we opened. Espicially on Monday the 22nd because that was the day we opened the doors to the public. I got their at around 5 pm on that day and when i got out at around 11:15 I was highly relieved because my feet were killing me and I was just ready to go to sleep. Plus I had school the next morning! However, it's not a bad experince though because the management there is really cool, and it's fun expericne to be back in the work force making my own cash isntead of having to mooch money off of other people. The last time I worked it was a less desirable expericne so this is defiantley a good change of pace and so far I'm liking it. Also, you can't pass up the great food they serve!

Politics
I always find the politics every running year a funny topic. It never ceases to amaze me just how low the politicians will go to win their race. The truth is there isn't much the two runners and their VP's won't do to get the head advantage. However, this election has been something different because as I've been keeping up I found out that McCain's running mate Palin's daughter is pregnant. Now normally, a democrat would unfairly tear that apart because republicans are very family values oriented but Obama and his side have said that they will not bring that up because it's a low blow. Now I don't know about anybody else but I found that very noble of him and it's the small things like this I respect Obama for. I'm not saying I will vote for him for sure but small things like this defiantley make a sway in such a historical race for the oval office.

NFL Opening Weekend
I didn't know what to type about for my first blog so I decided I'd type about something that's had me excited all week and is finally here and that's the opening of the NFL weekend. I've grown up on, and always loved football.
However, I didn't ever play football in high school or anything like that I've always followed football, and the scores of games closely. I have really gotten into it over the last couple of years more so then I ever have. Being from Wisconsin, I am a Packers fan and can't wait till the open up their first game on Monday against Vikings.
Cheers to hoping Green Bay goes to the super bowl.
